Former Head of Macquarie Private Bank, Australia, and subsequently Exec Director and joint-Head of Advice for JBWere. Grant led the growth of Macquarie CMA to ~$20bn, Australia’s largest managed fund.
Adam Pozniak

Adam brings considerable entrepreneurial acumen, business strategy skills, commercial and investment experience. Adam is CEO and co-founder of investment firm, Parc, and currently a director of Orro, Kinela and Merchantwise.
As former CEO and co-owner operator of BlueFire Corporation, Adam successfully led the business for over 13+ years to an eventual trade sale to Dimension Data. He was Senior Vice President, Channel Partners, at Dimension Data until he subsequently re-acquired the business in 2017.
Jonathan Pager

Jonathan has over 25 years’ experience as a management consultant and corporate advisor across a wide range of industries in Australia and overseas, and is currently Managing Director of Pager Partners Corporate Advisory.
Jonathan has restructured and listed a range of public companies and been a director of publicly listed companies in the resources and industrial sector.
Michael Pollak

Michael commenced his career at PWC over 20 years ago. Michael has gained valuable experience in both Sydney and London in general management, audit, insolvency, corporate advisory and strategy across a wide range of industries.
Michael has been involved in the restructuring, recapitalisation and relisting of a number of ASX listed entities and been an active Director on a number of these companies.
