Dov Herdan

Advisory Committee Member

Dov is a highly experienced investor, entrepreneur and private business owner-operator, bringing a broad set of financial and business skills. Dov is Chief Investment Officer at investment firm, Parc.

He founded and listed an information security company, growing the business to a market capitalisation of AUD$80m with 120 staff.

He was a Principal of Horizon Equity, a private equity firm, leading deals, raisings, MBOs and rights offers. His Fund delivered 38% annualised ROI.

Don Raissis

Advisory Committee Member

Don is an active private equity investor with a passion for partnering with founders and management teams. He brings over fifteen years’ experience investing in and advising private businesses. Don is Managing Director Private Capital at investment firm, Parc.

Don has held non-executive director roles of CustomTec, Catalyst Education, Planet Services Group, NW Group and Force Fire. Don is currently a director of George & Matilda Eyecare and LittleOak.
